Parking

Note: Parking can be tough, but clears up a bit in the late afternoons. Please account for parking time.

Street Parking Tips: 

• Try circling the block a couple times for street parking.
• Mix of free and paid spots. Majority are free. Most of 20th St is paid.
• Please read parking signs/restrictions.

Paid Lot:

• Behind building. $20 all day
• Note: $50 during Chase Center events (Warriors games, concerts, etc).


UNIT ACCESS

Unit #412: Take the elevator to the 4th floor, not 4R. Keep going right until you reach unit 412.

Note: Refer to your email for lockbox code containing unit key.


LOAD IN/BUILDING ACCESS

Front/Main Entrance:

Hours: 24/7. Unlocked Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm (otherwise, use call box - search Gary Sexton)
Benefit: Loading in with a cart (no stairs). Note: Cart available inside unit (200 lb capacity)
Downside: Passenger elevator only (smaller load) - no freight elevator

Back Entrance/Loading Dock:

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm (use main entrance beyond those hours)
Benefit: If you’ve parked behind building (Illinois St) / Both passenger and freight elevator access
Downside: Only accessible via stairs - Not ideal for large carted loads

Seamless

Mounting Options
Seamless may be hung on the pre-existing wall brackets with seamless roller mounts (2 sets in studio).

Important

If you would like to use free standing stands, you may use some of the c-stands, however, you must bring your own mounting option. The studio only includes two sets of roller brackets.

Seamless Mounting Release of Liability (if mounting to wall brackets yourself)

Seamless installation requires the use of a ladder, which, if used improperly, can result in serious injury or death. 

All rentals assume liability for anyone injured due to user error when using seamless installation. Including, but not limited to installation, during use, and uninstalling. Anyone not familiar with mounting seamless, using ladders, multitasking while using ladders, etc are prohibited from installing seamless via seamless rollers on pre-hung wall brackets.

If you do not meet the requirements above, you must contact me at least 2 business days in advance to have your seamless pre-hung. Or you may use your own seamless mounting system.
