• Calendar access for bookings
• Internet - AT&T 300 MBPS (up/down)
• Professional cleanings every 2 weeks (leave how it was when you arrive, otherwise).

Notes
• $700/month (1 year commitment) carries over to month to month after 1st year is up. Auto pay required for reduced rate.
• Rent cost reevaluated each time my AIC lease is up (current lease up May 2026).
• Auto Zelle or ACH payments preferred. Due by 1st of month.
