Family Portraits
Note: I focus on corporate work and there’s always a chance that I will need to change your booked day if a corporate client inquires about the same day. By booking, you acknowledge that there is a chance your session will be postponed, with little notice, due to scheduling conflicts.

Booking Timeframe: I only book these sessions 1-2 weeks out
Date: Weekdays only - please send 2-3 days date options
Time: 2-3 hours prior to sunset is ideal
Location: Must be one of the locations below. Or within the same area
If you’re unable to accommodate, please book a mini session instead (booked dates are guaranteed).

I will send an invoice 1-2 days prior. Invoice must be paid in full prior to the start of your session.

When are payments due?
I will invoice you 1-2 days prior to your session. This helps avoid needing to issue refunds if I need to postpone due to a scheduling conflict with a last minute corporate client (I always prioritize corporate work).
Payment is due prior to the start of your session.
Can I cancel or postpone?
Yes. Please email me with several alternative date options or if you need to cancel. Note: I do allow scheduling changes for these one-off family sessions, however, I do not allow changes for mini sessions.
How many people can attend?
Immediate family only.
When will we receive our photos?
Your gallery link and password will be ready in about 2-3 weeks. Note: turnaround my vary, depending on my current workload.
Can we bring our pet?
Possibly. It depends on your pet’s temperament. Please reach out first.
Are the locations accessible?
I always pick a backup site at each location that works for those that may need accessibility accommodations. Reach out ahead of your session, so I can send your details based on the alternative meeting location.
What should we wear?
Some families dress up a little more, match outfits, etc. Our family likes to keep it casual when we take portraits. It’s totally up to you! Try to avoid wearing VERY bright (high saturation) colors and smart watches (analog is better in photos) if possible. Please wear shoes that are safe for walking on unpaved ground.
